VESTAS FB Fabrications are a major supplier to Vestas, one of the worlds leading manufacturers of wind turbine blades. In addition to hydraulic cylinder brackets, transport tip frames and web mover frames, we have manufactured CBHF frames, which are used for transporting wind turbines around the world. We have also supplied 35 metre and 40 metre mould frames, which were then N.D.T., inspected and proof load tested to a maximum of 16 tonnes. Both of these major projects utilised a total of 160 tonnes of steel. |
