QUALITY STANDARDS We are currently seeking ISO 9002 approval. Our welders are qualified to unions British and European standards, working to the approved procedures required for various materials and welding applications. We also offer full NDT weld inspection services with full certification to meet customer's requirements. All contracts undertaken can be supplied with full trace ability and metal certifications. Previous project's range from marine grade aluminium structures to stainless steel grade 316 solar panels frames for Trinity House Lighthouse services. Transportation frames, from one-off designs to large batch quantities of 1,000 or more, to large fabrications up to 50 metres in length and weighing up to 40 tonnes. All our products are subject to quality control procedures across every stage of the manufacturing process to final despatch and delivery.
